Conversations as source material
Imported conversations stay separate from journal entries and extracted tasks until your agent reviews them. Speaker roles and branches are preserved. Image and file attachments are not transferred.
In ChatGPT, use Settings → Data controls → Export data. Give the exported conversation JSON files to your agent for import.
